All programs are experiential in nature and designed to provide students with multiple entry points into the subject matter. programs aligned with Sunshine State Standards for grades 3 - 5, but are adaptable for older and younger students. When you place your reservation, the education department will work to individualize programs to your students needs. |

SPANISH EMPIRE What factors allowed Spain to become the dominant super-power? What are the modern-day manifestations of Spain's reign? Students will explore theses questions as they recreate trade routes, investigate the economic and trade value of our artifacts, and interpret artwork. INDEPENDENT RESEARCH Prior to your museum visit, your class will receive a CD containing a PowerPoint presentation outlining the different research options. Students use accompanying research forms to plan and individualize their museum visit.
