UP FOR AUCTION AT CASINO NIGHT 2001
Casino Night 2001, Friday, April 27th, will feature a Yamaha C-90HP
outboard motor, Key West Golf Club membership, and a set of Callaway golf clubs
at an auction to benefit local public education programs.
The event, to be held at the Wyndham Casa Marina Resort Grand Ballroom,
offers a buffet dinner, cocktails, entertainment and casino chips for gaming. Top
gaming prize is a Las Vegas vacation at the Aladdin Resort and Casino. The fun
starts at 6:30 p.m.
Other items up for auction include round trip air tickets from American
Airlines for two, a seven-day Caribbean cruise for two, and a Breckinridge,
Colorado resort stay. A Dan Marino autographed football and a 14 karat gold
engraved Atocha spoon replica are also featured among a score of other items up for
bid to benefit the public education programs for young and old at the Mel Fisher
Maritime Museum.
Tickets are $100 per person and can be obtained by calling Lisa Petrone at
294-2633, extension 28. Guests are invited to dress in gangster or Las Vegas theme
wear or Key West formal. Paul Toppino is chair of the charity event.
